Can I connect multiple websites to one copy of iDevAffiliate?
Yes. You can connect unlimited websites to one installation of iDevAffiliate through the use of Marketing Groups. Create a marketing group for each website and set each marketing group to have it's own defined incoming traffic page. Now upload marketing materials to each group. When affiliates login to get banners, links, etc., they will choose which marketing group to get the banner, link, etc. from. Traffic they deliver will be routed according to the incoming traffic page defined for that marketing group. If this is not how you want to setup your program, you will need a seperate installation of iDevAffiliate for each of your websites and you will need to manage these websites independently from each other. ie. Each installation will have it's own admin center.
What is the difference between Standard, Gold and Platinum?
The only difference is the addon modules that are bundled into Gold and Platinum at a discounted price. You get the full iDevAffiliate package in a three Editions.
If I'm a Joomla user do I need the Joomla plugin?
No. iDevAffiliate runs independent of Joomla and integrates directly with your cart system. You can integrate VirtueMart, aMember, AEC, etc. without having the Joomla plugin. The Joomla plugin is only needed if you want to take customer data from the standard Joomla signup form or VirtueMart signup form and auto-create them an affiliate account in iDevAffiliate. If this isn't something you need, affiliates simply join your affiliate program using the standard signup form that comes with iDevAffiliate.
My shopping cart isn't in the list, can I still use iDevAffiliate?
Yes. Using a generic tracking pixel in the sale confirmation page of your cart system is the most common method but we also have available a more advanced method if you need to make the call to our commission processing file within a backend file via API or IPN.
Can I get telephone technical support?
Yes. Before providing telephone technical support we require you to open a technical support ticket and allow our technical support representative to resolve your issue via the ticket. If the issue can't be resolved via ticket or the representative believes it will be quicker or easier to resolve via telephone, he/she will provide you with our toll-free number to call for support.
Do I have full access to customize the affiliate front-end templates?
Yes. Everything from the color scheme to language packs to the raw HTML is available for customization.
Rather than using the standard commission settings, can I setup a commission on a per-product basis?
Yes. With minimal programming skills and a basic understanding of your cart system you can customize your commission payouts on a per-product basis at the time the commission processing file is called. We have a video tutorial available on this topic in the Video Tutorials Library.

Can I import affiliates from my existing affiliate program?
Yes. iDevAffiliate comes with an account import function and uses a standard excel/csv import file. A sample file as well as column definitions are provided.
After my 1 year of free upgrades/downloads expires, how much are additional upgrades/downloads?
Once your free year of upgrades/downloads expires you can purchase another 1 year of upgrades/downloads for $89.99 USD regardless which Edition of iDevAffiliate you own... Standard, Gold or Platinum.
After initial installation, can I move iDevAffiliate to a different domain if I want to?
Yes. Simply move your installation files and database to the new location then reset your license key.
